Breyshere’s journey into hair care began long before Locs By B was ever created.

As a senior in high school, she developed a deep curiosity about the history of Black hair — not just its beauty, but its cultural significance, resilience, and power as a form of self-expression. What started as research quickly turned into passion, and that passion became purpose.

Driven by a desire to help others embrace their natural hair with confidence, Breyshere began offering loc maintenance services from her home. Through hands-on experience and meaningful connections with her clients, she witnessed how proper care, education, and intention could completely transform the way people felt about themselves.

That vision became Locs By B — a brand created to celebrate texture, heritage, and individuality. Designed for multicultural individuals of all ages, Locs By B products are thoughtfully crafted to nourish natural hair while encouraging self-love, confidence, and pride in every crown.
